At Aurumbella Jewelry Co., we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a limited return policy as outlined below.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. Proof of purchase is required.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
- Earrings
- Any worn items
- Items marked as final sale

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue quickly.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund is approved. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
